i've got my philosophy
here is one of my commandments of dating:
always tidy up your place before you go on a date.
then if your date sucks, at least you come home to a clean house!

This is good advice.
Here's another tidbit: always have a good book or US magazine around. That way, if your date/boyfriend/husband falls asleep before having sex with you, you'll have something interesting to read.
